Scanhugger shredders are designed to reduce biomass fibre to the required particle size. Shredders are quiet (compared to chippers), require less power to operate and are an efficient way to process waste material and ready it for further processing. Shredders range in size from 200kg/hr to 1500kg/hr in production.There is sure to be one to suit most applications. 

 

These shredders are built in Denmark and are built tough, really tough. RTG have installed many of these machines and they just keep on running year after year. Consumable cost is minimal because the specially designed knives can be turned up to four times to keep your running costs low.
