Unique Solutions from RTG

RTG offers waste to energy solutions utilising gasification technology combined with packaged CHP generators. Recently RTG have delivered a turnkey solution providing 175kW of electrical energy and heated process water for use in a grid isolated Sydney CBD building.  

The project utilizes paper waste from the adjoining 45 story tower building, shreds, briquettes and conveys the briquetted fuel for use in a gasifier. The producer gas is then piped to 2 x 87.5kW generators that provide CHP for the building’s battery bank and heating/cooling requirements. This is a six green star certified building.
